From a production date of November 1968, this B Series, Vin 119300400, 911 Coupe is completely original, delightful, with exceptional factory and dealer fit options, from a production year of 1,492 vehicles. It is shown in its original Colour/Code 6808 (Burgundy), and still retains the original Black Leatherette interior. The Certificate of Authenticity shows the car was originally supplied to Porsche of America Corporation from new (we have no records of its purposes – car shows, Corporate use or other). The vehicle was supplied very heavily optioned with additional further dealer fitments to include;- Sliding Sunroof, Rear Wiper, Engine Compartment Light, Rare Rear Apron with dealer fit Air Conditioning, and Ski Rack attachment.

This car is offered to require sympathetic restoration, the vehicle retains its original Matching Number engine 6390588 and Transmission 7192036 supplied with the vehicle from new. Although this car today shows many years of warehouse storage it does show the full potential to restore and transform to an original last of the 2.0L engines offering a very impressive 170 horse power at 6800 rpm (my favourite, sweetest, pre 1973 engine from Porsche!), and the, much in demand, first edition Long Wheel Base (LWB) Porsche. We believe the vehicle was last driven in 1986, as shown on the Californian, original Blue Plates (still attached), the correct then owner purchased the car at less than 2 years old and in 1986 just parked it up and it has since been transferred from storage to storage. This car is very original and unrestored.
